Ituah Ighodalo

President & Founder

Founder IGHODALO & CO IN 1987, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo is an Associate, Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM) (1992) and the American Institute of Management (1993).A 1981 graduate of Economics and Accounting from the University of Hull, U.K., Pastor Ighodalo trained and qualified as a professional with the firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1986. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (1994) and the Nigeria Institute of Taxation (2000). As former Managing Partner, Ighodalo & Co, he brings to the firm 20 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Human Resources and Financial Advisory Services. Pastor Ighodalo has logged 19 years of experience in running a practice. He is a Partner at SIAO (a firm of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants) and also Chairs Uni-Courage Web Media Ltd. He is the President and Founder of TriAfrica Empowerment Foundation

Sunny Enebi

1st Vice President

Sunny Enebi is the CEO/Executive Coach at Swiss Focal Coach Consult and CEO/Lead Consultant at Gnosi Management Centre (GMC). He is a seasoned Executive Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator with over 28 years of multidisciplinary experience. His expertise spans leadership development, coaching, change management, and management consulting. Sunny has led diverse business functions including lending, treasury, service delivery, and people development. He previously served as Regional Head, Learning Academy (West Africa) at Standard Chartered Bank. At GMC, he supports organizations globally to build capacity and thrive in dynamic economies. He is passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves. Sunny is a member of ICF, CIPD, IMC (Fellow), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

Jumoke Akin-Taylor

2nd Vice President

Jumoke is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Design Build Professional (DBIA) and a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CMAA Trainer and an Adjunct Faculty at her Alma-mater School of Engineering. She serves as the Second Vice President of the TriAfrica Empowerment Foundation overseeing Administration and Finance operations for the organization, A Founding member and Executive Director of Rebuild Nigeria Initiative (RNI), Jumoke also served on the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) National Board of Directors and 3 terms as Chair of the Owner’s Committee on CMAA Northern California Board of Directors. She currently serves on Design Build Institute of America’s National Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee, National Awards Jury, and Western Pacific Education Committee. She holds a B.Sc in Civil/Construction Engineering and a Masters in Construction Management.

Olu-Victor Oyinloye

Executive Secretary and Chief Of Staff

Olu-Victor Oyinloye is the Chief of Staff at Trinity House with over 20 years of experience in corporate management and governance. He has a strong background in strategy, project management, and corporate development. He holds degrees in Physics & Mathematical Education (LASU) and a Master’s in Diplomacy & Strategic Studies (UNILAG). Victor is a Chartered Governance Practitioner and member of ICSAN. His professional experience includes leadership roles at Magen-Roi Cement Ltd and Megavons W/A Ltd (WAEC subsidiary). He has undergone extensive leadership, human capital, and management training. Victor has served in multiple student leadership and community roles, reflecting his passion for service. He is internationally exposed, well-travelled across 16+ countries, and family-oriented.

Lara G. Oderinde

Director of Media

Lara Gureje-Oderinde is the President and Executive Director of Jewels of Africa Foundations Inc. She is also the Founder & CEO of Datoculi LLC, a Data Governance and Stewardship firm in the USA and UK. Born and raised in Nigeria, Lara pursued her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the UK. She is an author and renowned expert in data governance and regulatory risk within the financial industry. Moved by the decline in Nigeria’s educational system, she founded Jewels of Africa to restore quality education. Her initiatives began with supporting her alma mater, St. Margaret’s School, through educational resources and programs. Lara’s work focuses on youth empowerment and leadership development across Sub-Saharan Africa. She actively builds partnerships to raise a new generation of transformational African leaders.

Albert Namme

Director of SOLAG

Albert Namme, CEO of Bourdilloncrest Properties (appointed 2025), brings over 40 years of experience across eight countries and multiple industries. He has held senior management roles for 27 years, including Finance Manager at Expro Gulf Ltd (West & Central Africa). Albert is a professional accountant (ACEA) and holds postgraduate credentials in Project Management & Investment Appraisal from Harvard University. His career spans agro-industry, oil & gas, conservation, higher education, and agribusiness consulting. He has led transformative projects such as a continent-wide Market Information System for AGRA. Albert also serves as Director for Africa at the School of Leadership & Governance, TriAfrica Empowerment Foundation. A Tony Elumelu Mentor and COLEAD Certified Trainer, he is passionate about developing African leaders. His leadership blends financial precision with visionary strategy to advance Africa’s real estate and economic growth.
